Hi Ryan and Bonnie. This is Noel Tabb.  Ryan I spoke to you on the phone in January. I know you're a busy man and probably don't remember. But our conversation was about me telling you about my business. 

We do Product Sourcing for Amazon FBA, Shopify, and eBay Sellers. Most have had bad experiences sourcing from China. We only use and recommend U.S Based manufacturers, distributors  wholesalers liquidators.

We also do drop shipping for many large and small manufacturers, wholesalers, and distributors.

Many of the bronze, and silver suppliers go onto a list of suppliers that is sold to other retailers/ resellers. The Gold suppliers we don't put on the list. We develop and nurture business relationships with these suppliers for our top tier clients. 

We put Wholesale Universe as Gold status. The reason is that others in the wholesale/ liquidation markets such as Via Trading, and about 10-20 big outfits in the wholesale/liquidation markets can't guarantee that each and every order will be as described. So we just sell them on the supplier list. 

Via Trading and about 10-20 other wholesale/ liquidation type outfits all say OH you can expect some crap in every load, and by the way the manifest may not be completely as described;. They say that's just a part of our business model. So basically they say that if they get crap, you can best believe they'll pass it on to you.

We have watched your videos and we know that  a) you don't cherry pick the loads. b) you don't sell 70/30 loads to your clients. Many people have come to expect that 70% of the load is good and that they can expect to get up to 30% crap and that is most times at best, sometimes it's much worse and c) you do Quality Control and inspect each and every item. So we can guarantee to our Top Tier clients that this load is as described and the manifest is 100% correct.  

Your competition all say OH that this is just a part of how this type of business works. 

That business model is the same as gambling in a Las Vegas casino. I spoke to a women yesterday and told her that we can guarantee any products from Wholesale Universe are as described and not some crap shoot. 

Now I'll tell you about our ideal client:

1)  We market to Amazon FBA sellers that are looking for our Gold status U.S based suppliers. They don't want to gamble on a load and they do not want that cheap mass produced Alibaba, Aliexpress crap and the race to the bottom.

So we need to know how your actual shipping process works for FBA customers.

We know you handle the shipping, but how does that work?  Because we need to be able to clearly explain to them how their orders will be taken care off. If they are not ungated in those categories how can they sell your shoes, and handbags, if they're not ungated and what account will they're order be placed.

For The ones that are ungated how is their order shipped and handled. They will want to know how does it get shipped to Amazon for their FBA account.

We know you have a system, but we must be able to clearly state that on our website and in our promotional videos and any other marketing material, so as to avoid any confusion and unneeded customer calls or emails.

2) Our next type of client is the Shopify, eBay, physical store owners and basically anyone not FBA. When we spoke in January you put us at ease by stating you would not steal any of our clients which is great. 

The question here is for those types of clients the order will need to be shipped to them. We know you have the logistics and distribution methods for shipping orders out to those clients that are not an FBA member. 

You have made that clear in your videos, that Wholesale Universe can deliver to anyone, FBA, Shopify, eBay,  local store owners, or whomever needs great quality designer Name Brand Goods.

Now the question is, is there any additional cost involved and why? We need to be able to clearly state that to client and why. Also we would like to know when the item is shipped to our non FBA clients, what shipping label is on the lot. 

We would like to know if you could put our business/ company information only on the orders going to our customers, so that we don't lose our customer. Meaning can orders going to our Shopify, eBay and all other non FBA customers be shipped with my company information on shipping label, so that we don't lose our customer. That is the standard business procedure so that we retain our customers. We'll handle any customer questions, phone calls, emails or concerns.

WE have  partnered with manufactures and distributors that also drop ship for us. What we don't have is a wholesale/ liquidation type outfit like yours that we can say that this is top quality and we know that for a fact that it is.  Via Trading for example says that they will drop shop to our customers. 

The problem is we don't know what condition the actual load is in. So we have to trust some sales rep who did not personally pack or inspect the load and put our company name on it. 

However Wholesale Universe is the only company in the wholesale/ shelf pull market that offers your level of quality customer care and service. No other company in your type of market can guarantee and stand 100% behind each and every load and give their word. Wholesale Universe states that in videos that they will eat the damaged and defective products.

There is not even one of your competitors in that particular market that can make such a BOLD CLAIM and back it up. No hype just hard core facts. That's one hell of a Unique Selling Proposition. "We eat the crap, so you don't have too!"  

Also your company offers something unique. Name Brand designer goods. Another thing is When we check the manifest and go to the search engines, the market is not flooded with those products. It's either buy this now or it's gone. This is what it is and once it's sold that's it. You won't find these products flooded all over the marketplace.

Now we've told you who our ideal customer is, and what we like about Wholesale Universe, and what seperates you from ALL others in your space. Now I'll tell you about Noel Tabb and my company EZretail PROS.

We are a real business with an active EIN, and State Sales Tax I.d Number. EZretail PROS is our online business for wholesale and retail. Our legal company name on paper is Steel Toe Labor Force L.LC. WE started in constuction about 5 years ago, hence the name Steel Toe Labor Force.

What I found was the internet was filled with middlemen and not very many real wholesalers. After trial and error I created my own system for Product Sourcing.

ALL suppliers must meet our criteria. We call and talk to each supplier. I Noel Tabb actually spoke to Ryan Nichols on the phone a little while back in January. Now, Each supplier,must have a physical location or warehouse (NO P.O. BOXES). Each supplier has an email address, phone number, and active website. All suppliers are U.S based. We do not deal with China.

I'd  bought supplier list from Salehoo and World Wide Brands, and the directories we're crap at the very best. And a complete rip off at worst. So I started my own business. What makes us unique  is that for our Gold suppliers we'll even market their products.

The Gold suppliers that we can vouch for we make our own promotional videos and push their products. We create videos and break down the entire manifest. Showing the retail cost, the wholesale cost and the potential profits that can be made. 

We then add a small surcharge for finding our Gold clients such a great deal on Name Brand products at wholesale prices. We only promote Gold Suppliers to our Top Tier Gold status clients. So now we can go to your website and do a complete breakdown of the manifest. Show them pictures and  what the product is actually selling for in the open marketplace and how much they can potentially make.
